We provide our service to a number of clients within the United Kingdom. All are lenders with a good reputation in the market place and are highly respected.

 

Clients range from regional building societies to major lending companies. Our Company always seeks to provide a service which complements and enhances the service given by the client.

 

We appreciate that every one of our clients is different and each has specific aims. To this end, discussions with their customers may vary and the forms our counsellors complete on their behalf during the counselling interview are designed and based on their precise requirements. We pride ourselves on working with our clients to provide a bespoke service. We aim to provide a service second to none.

 

In order to cut down on paper usage and improve our efficiency; we transfer instructions to many of our field counsellors electronically. Cases are usually followed up by email. This has the effect of improving cost-effectiveness and reducing beaurocracy for both customers and clients.

 

The success of F C C is highly dependent upon the counsellors and staff we employ. Our office staff have all worked in the mortgage and banking industry in the past. Our fully-trained counsellors are from similar backgrounds. All of our office based and field teams are constantly aiming to improve out efficiency and effectiveness whilst maintaining our professionalism.
